As women, we play many roles and bear many burdens
We are like doctors on call in an emergency room, always ready to tend to any problem that may arise. We dedicate our lives to serving others, often to the point of letting our own needs go unfulfilled. We work hard to be a good person, mother, wife, daughter, employee, and friend. We play out the roles we have been assigned, directing so much of our energy outward, that we often have nothing left to give ourselves.
This can potentially lead us down a path of self-destructive patterns and limiting beliefs that prevent us from achieving our goals. We may fear daring to disappoint others in order to follow our own interests and become our authentic selves. We may notice that we hold ourselves back so others around us can shine. We may be trapped in limiting beliefs or anxiety, unable to find relief.

I know how it feels to have insecurities, low self esteem and fears, I lived my earlier life stuck, insecure, unhappy and lacked confidence. Growing up in an abusive household, I was walking on eggshells everyday. I was afraid of the world. I devoted my life to transforming my limiting beliefs and letting go of my fears. I stopped hiding, and I started transforming my life from the inside out.
