Goddess Circles
I have been running monthly Goddess Circles since 2006.
The Goddess Circle provides an opportunity to connect with other soulful sisters, share and build community. Each circle includes a sacred space to connect with your Higher Self, guided meditations, sacred feminine activations and connection time for sisterhood.
When you awaken your Goddess, magic happens! Whether you are a seasoned Goddess or just beginning your journey, we want you to feel at home.
What is a Goddess Circle?
A Sacred Circle of openness and non-judgment to:
Establish and nurture relationships with each other and themselves
Discover and release old patterns
Clear negative energy through smudging and intention
Re-connect with our amazing Goddess bodies
Experience the different energy archetypes of women
Explore and practice trusting intuition
Re-claim our Personal Power and connect with the True Self
Participate in guided meditations and interactive activities
Release barriers to intimacy, Love, Sexuality and MORE
What to expect at one of my circles
You will walk in and feel the positive energy of the sacred space. This is your time to connect, let go and be present with the energies all around you, letting love in. We sit in a circle, do an opening blessing, followed by a smudge, clearing and share. I then lead the group in an intuitively guided meditation before jumping into the activities for the night.
Every month is a different theme and the activities vary. We have done eye gazing, manifestations, dancing, drumming, red string ceremony, cacao ceremony, holding space, future self, inner child, and more.
